Our professional team of staff - including our administration, maintenance, rental management and cleaning divisions - are there to help you and to attend to all your needs. Irrespective of whether you are using your holiday home for family vacations or occasional weekends, you may well need our management, maintenance or cleaning services, and if guests are staying in your property, the chances are that you will require someone to take care of a whole range of hospitality issues such as change-over cleaning, laundry, meet-and-greet, airport collection and plumbing, electrical repairs, etc….

PACKAGES & SERVICES

BASIC PACKAGE 

• Inspect the house biweekly 
• Ventilation of the house putting water in drains.
• Check operation of appliances, air conditioning and sanitary equipment ordering repair if necessary. 
• Check that the alarm works, connection and ordering its repair if necessary and go in case of emergency. 
• Inspection of the housing after the storms and heavy rain. 
• Watering plants in the interior and the terraces. 
• Collect mail from the mailbox. 
• Order house cleaning after being occupied or whenever it is necessary. 
• Reporting by mail on the state of housing. 
• Start the car to keep battery alive. 
• Full disposition to any other matter when it is required by the property.  

EXTRA SERVICES

• Attendance at community meetings including report to the owner. 
• Provide of any shopping which when it is required by the owner. 
• Cleaning when it is required by the owner or guest. 
• Laundry and ironing. 
• All kinds of reforms needed under budget. 
• Immediate carpentry, plumbing, electricity, blinds and pool services. 
• Rent housing. 
• Reception of the new house, including checklist. 
• Babysitting.
